Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)

1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“T&Cs”) govern all product sales made on the website Zilopa.com (the “Site”).
By placing an order on the Site, the customer fully and unconditionally accepts these T&Cs.


2. Products and Availability

The products offered for sale are described in detail on the Site.
Product availability is updated regularly; however, if a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, the customer will be promptly informed and may choose to cancel the order and receive a full refund.


3. Orders

Orders are placed through the online purchase process available on the Site.
An order is confirmed once payment has been received.
A confirmation email will be sent to the customer with the order details.


4. Prices and Payment

Product prices are displayed in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT included) and excluding shipping fees.
Payment is made online via the payment methods accepted on the Site (credit/debit card, PayPal).


5. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of the order.
Delivery times are provided for reference only and are generally between 3 to 5 business days.
In case of delay, the customer may contact customer service for assistance and tracking information.


6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Returned items must be in their original condition.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after the returned products are received.


7. Warranties and Liability

All products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects.
If a product is defective, the customer may request an exchange or a refund.


8. Protection of Personal Data

Personal data collected on the Site are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Customers have the right to access, modify, or delete their personal information at any time.


9. Claims and Disputes

In the event of a dispute, customers are encouraged to contact customer service first to seek an amicable resolution.
If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in France.


10. Modification of the Terms and Conditions

The Site reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time.
The new version will apply to all orders placed after the date of publication on the Site.
