Refund policy

Return Period

You have 60 days from the date of receipt of your order to return your product.

Simply send an email to info@zilopa.com to receive detailed return instructions.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original accessories (if applicable).

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process either a refund or an exchange, according to your preference.
